If an emergency arises during your journey, Alavia Corporate Travel Solutions, as your travel agent, will play an important role in informing and advising you as our customer and your employees, and will act on your behalf. If one or more of your employees are directly involved in a disaster, the person within your organization responsible for dealing with emergency situations will be informed immediately.
In the event of a general emergency or disaster anywhere in the world, we will e-mail information to our News Alert subscribers as soon as possible, updating them on the situation. In addition, we will keep you up to date via the news page on our website and via Twitter.
